Delivery

The seller ensures that the goods are MANUFACTURED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS after the payment for the goods has been received. Delivery is ensured through DPD Latvija or via post.

EVERY PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER. IN CASE OF MULTIPLE ORDERS, DELIVERY TIME MAY INCREASE.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by sending a message to the seller. Contact us HERE.

The buyer is obliged to send the product to the seller within 7 days after the agreement. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
